JASO NEXT Committee is excited to offer a young professionals-oriented “field trip” to internationally acclaimed and local saké brewery SakéONE! Led by our own committee member and saké sommelier Jack Lien, we’ll tour the brewery and learn about the process and art of saké making, and then visit the tasting room for a specially-curated flight to introduce some different grades and styles of saké.
