June 15, Suguru Osako Community Cheer Section

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Osako-san has changed his race from the 10k on Saturday June 14^th at 8:30pm to the 5k on Sunday June 15^th also around 8:30pm. We will still host a Cheer Section for him, now on Sunday. Gather from 6:30pm. 

If you already purchased your ticket, it is still valid for Sunday. If you purchased your ticket but need a refund because you can’t attend Sunday, email Tate@PortlandTrack.com.  

重要なお知らせ： 大迫傑選手は、6月14日（土）午後8時30分から予定されていた10,000mのレースから、6月15日（日）同じく午後8時30分頃開始予定の5,000mのレースへと変更されました。それに伴い、応援セクションも日曜日に開催いたします。集合時間は午後6時30分です。 

すでにチケットをご購入済みの方は、そのチケットで日曜日も有効です。もしチケットを購入済みで、日曜日にご参加いただけない場合は、返金対応が可能ですので、Tate@PortlandTrack.com 宛にご連絡ください。 

Come cheer Suguru Osako – Japan’s premier male elite distance runner – at the Portland Track Festival on the evening of Sunday June 15^th at Lewis & Clark College. We’re hosting a Japan Community Cheer Section for Osako-san, 3-time Olympian, who placed 6^th in the 2020 Olympics, and 13^th in Paris in 2024.  

Osako-san plans to run the 5,000 meters, starting around 8:30pm. We’ll gather at 6:30pm in a special designated section of the stadium, to cheer Osako-san together. We’ll have Japan flags to wave and taiko drums to beat. After running, Osako-san will join us for photographs.

日本のトップ男子長距離ランナー・大迫傑選手を応援しに、6月15日（日）の午後、ルイス＆クラーク大学で開催されるポートランド・トラック・フェスティバルで集まりませんか。 

今回、私たち日米協会は、3度のオリンピック出場経験を持ち、2020年東京大会で6位、2024年パリ大会で13位に入賞した大迫傑選手を応援するために、日本コミュニティ応援セクションを設けます。 

大迫選手は午後8時30分頃にスタート予定の5,000メートル走に出場予定です。私たちは午後6時30分にスタジアム内の特別応援セクションに集合し、レースが始まり次第みんなで応援をします。日本の国旗や太鼓も準備する予定です！ 

レース後には、大迫選手が私たちの応援セクションに来てくださり、一緒に写真撮影も予定しています。
