Volunteer for Fuji to Hood

Fuji to Hood, Portland’s premier beer, cider & cultural festival connecting Oregon and Japan, is returning on Sat, July 20, taking place at The Redd on Salmon in Portland. The festival is now on the lookout for awesome volunteers to help make the event a great success by staffing various roles:

  • Pouring beer & cider (OLCC server’s permit NOT required)
  • Guest experience (anything from handing out glassware, answering questions, sweeping up, emptying trash bins, and setting up tables, etc. no experience necessary.)
  • OLCC alcohol monitor (must be OLCC certified and familiar with rules & regulations. Position involves monitoring for compliance)
  • Set-Up or Breakdown of the Event: (setting up and/or taking down tables, chairs, hanging signs, moving boxes, cleaning, etc.)

Shifts are available as follows:

  • Friday, July 19 from 9AM – 1PM
  • Saturday, July 20 from 9AM – 1PM
  • Saturday, July 20 from 1PM – 5PM
  • Saturday, July 20 from 5PM – 9PM

To thank volunteers for their help during morning and afternoon shifts, Fuji to Hood will offer a free General Admission Package of a branded glass and 10 drink tickets. For those volunteers helping during the July 20 5PM – 9AM shift, Fuji to Hood will give out $35 brewery gift cards.
