Afuri Izakaya Seeking Line-Cooks
AFURI’s Flagship Izakaya, the first US based store, is looking for a strong, dedicated and eager individual to join our already stellar kitchen team.
We’re looking to add a talented, hardworking, and driven person to the roster. The individual we seek has a love of food, and thirst for learning. You will be trained on most stations in the kitchen over time. The hot line, Ramen, Saute, and Robata (grill), are the starting place, and moving into sushi takes both patience and practice.
Familiarity with Japanese food is preferred but not absolutely necessary.
